They're very very frequent here in the Mid Atlantic area; a bad one predicted for later in the afternoon.It's gotten darker ........

I still don't know any more about inverness, but apparently the BBC news webpage has a report on flash flooding in Ed due to the torrents that fell this aft...

There was a tornado in Bognor Regis this morning and was on the traffic news because tiles were falling off a roof in one road as a result. Bognor Regis is on the south coast, about 10 miles from where I live. In fact it's where OH and I both lived before we moved here.

I had lots of jobs to do but fell asleep all afternoon.
Just got back from the chinese buffet.
Mum and Dad have gone up to spend a week at our caravan and have taken Chris.
