I have vertical blinds in my windows, easier for the cats to come in...

Nets. When I had blinds in my former house the silly Siamese was always getting his head stuck in them......

I have mostly nets, but I am gradually replacing with blinds as I do prefer them.

I have mostly nets as was cheap option to start with - have just replaced my box bay window in the living room to vertical wooden blinds - looks nice!

Re: Nets or Blinds?

I started off with nets too. However I now have cream roller blinds in most windows (apart from the ones that have shutters in them). I keep them 1/2 open; pulled down to where the top and bottom sash windows join . . . looks nice from both inside and outside then!

I also have curtains on the inside to 'dress' the window and make it look softer.

What about you Kazz?

Have blinds in the living room, which have been repaired so many times it's unbelievable! (Cats love to squeeze through them)

Re: Nets or Blinds?

Nets for me. We had vertical blinds in our first house and I couldn't stand them.

Am now considering changing to Roman blinds throughout with Swags and Tails
