Has to be Asda every time. Good value (and 5 mins walk from my front door)! Also, Farmfoods has just opened beside us, and as I come from Cumbernauld where the warehouse is, I have to show my patriotism, lol!

Sainsburys for the bulk of the shopping, sometimes I pop to Tescos if I need anything urgently (it is closer than Sainsburys and I pass two on my way to work) and M&S for a few nice bits at the weekend.

Re: Food shopping, where do you go??

Waitrose for me!! I find the really huge supermarkets mind-boggling . . . we have a Sainsbury's Savacentre near us and one of the massive tescos and I end up spending 1/2 a day wondering round these places in utter confusion!

Our Waitrose is big enough to have everything I could want, but small enough to be able to get round in 45 minutes!

If I walk into town I'll use M&S . . . but their food works out very pricey - disproportionately so.

I go the rounds, Asda, Morrisons - Tesco I pop into but get a monthly order deliver from them - got a bad back and it makes it much easier than pushing a heavy trolley round . Occasionally Sainsburys if I am near but it is 25 miles away!! - but being in Cumbria I do have Booths which is fantastic, a bit pricey but real top of the range. Lots of local produce and their cream cakes are to die for!! Logoes

Re: Food shopping, where do you go??

I love Asda but the nearest one is 15 miles away! I go there very occassionally and may go to get some Christmas(sorry for saying the 'C' word!) bit.
Mainly I use tesco's, either Internet ot go in but occassaionally Sainsbury's which I really like but they are definately more expensive than Tesco's.
