Double crossed

Well I have been double crossed by those closest to me following the garden competition fiasco. My next door neighbour got the hump spoke to my Mom and Dad and they pones and complained. Hence I have been told today the garden people came round and judged the garden on Friday without my knowledgeand according to my Dad there were 4 of them judging and the words he heard bandied about were fantastic, outstanding, colourful, restful, thoughtful. He said they said they said they didn't think there was a better garden on the whole of the estate they will let you know the result on Tuesday or Wednesday (thats why they had to tell me) so seems have been judged against my better judgement.

I'll let you know.

Ta Dawn. The only thing they failed with in this undercover operation was my secret weapon - Cleo she had agreed to sleep or doze on the whicker chair or the bench - I mean what shouts out serenity in a garden more than a cat.

Well - what a dirty trick!
I'm so glad - if I'd have had your sister's contact details I would have asked her to do just the same!
See - good things do come to people who work hard for it (and deserve it!)

Re: Double crossed

Well!!! Fancy your family doing a thing like that!

I'm pleased it has turned out like this Kazz....your fabulous garden really deserves to win.

The only downside is that I won't know the result for two weeks!
