I dont bother cooking dinner for myself when kids are not around. I will just eat rubbish all night.

Slow braised lamb shanks with a white wine and rosemary 'jus' ( ) for us, later. I'm all cooked out. Have cooked, portioned and frozen
8 chicken and mushroom casserole
8 lasagne
6 braised beef
6 fish pie
and will deliver said 'meals on wheels' to the crumblies tomorrow. Was planning to do some veg curry as well but unless I get inspired in the next hour or two think that will just stay an unfulfilled 'meant to

We are snap Emma, roast chicken, roasties, mashed tata, cauli, cheese sauce, carrots, gravy, stuffing, parsnips.

Pracising with the roasties and parsnips in the goose fat as recomended. On catpages

I'm not sure about the goose fat Donna but you can buy beef dripping (if you don't make it yourself) from the supermarket on the butter/fats shelf....

You can get goose fat from Sainsbury's they have it by the fresh veg/potatoes in mine.

I buy my goose fat from Sainsburys - they usually have it on an end isle in a tin labeled La Truffe Graisse D'Oie (Goose Fat) 350g - it is in a black/dark green tin with a cream label
