Morning all,
Looks like its going to be a nice day here today,we have clear skies at the moment,just back from the morning walk with the doggies.
Am off to work soon, have only had one day off this week and am really staring to feel it now, cant wait untill monday for a day off!

Lovely sunny day here and the frost has just about gone, I must make the effort to clear what must be the last of the fallen leaves from the garden.

Have to pop out to the shops for some odds and ends shortly, then back for a tidy round.

Hello Erin and Mags! Lovely day here too - blue sky and the sun is shining. Not sure how cold it is, as I haven't stuck my nose outside the door yet, but will do shortly as I need to go and fill up the bird feeders again. Had big pre Christmas bird food delivery yesterday, so the birdies will not go hungry over the festive season.

Going to bake a cake later!!! Not sure whether it will come up to OH's standard though. I need supervision!!! How did your coffee sponge go yesterday Mags? I think mine will be a Victoria with raspberry jam and the good old squirty cream will make an outing. Merlin has been a good boy this morning, so he will probably get a bit of that.

Hi all, good luck with the cake Angie.

Its a clear, cold-ish, sunny day here.

I have just come back from work. Gonna go shopping for xmas prezzys in a bit, Aint got a clue what im gonna get though!!! I need to get cards aswell, which I hate gettin coz the card shop is always jam packed! Arghhh.

Gonna be puttin my bf's xmas tree up tonight yay.

Kitty lives down stairs from me, saw him sunning himself this morning...He still looks at me as if I am from another planet!!!

We have had some terrible weather, snow, ice, heavy rain, more ice. Will be back home and in my own bed come monday night though. I do miss my pussy cats when i am on a house sit. Eva is coping well though, which is good and a big turn around for her. Bernie couldnt care less as long as he is fed and cuddled

Well, our cold Canadian air is gone.....replaced by even colder Arctic air! Very very cold, only -2C, wind chill -5!! And hardly any sun to help warm up the house. Skipped my usual library run and did Sunday's marketing instead; they are calling for light snow tonight, tomorrow am, and I hate going out in snow if I can avoid it. Besides. I'm wary about "light" snow forecasts...many times I've ended up shoveling 3 - 5 inches of "light".. So will finally start Christmas cards this afternoon, as I don't have the excuse of being on Catsey as Saturdays are so slow ... no news here, all's well.

Angie, hope the cake was lovely and that Merlin enjoyed his squirty cream....
