Sculpture 2 - Timeguards


Especially for EmmaG .....

These draped "figures" called "Timeguards" are by Manfred Kielnhofer - the cloaks are made of gypsum. I found them quite spooky!

Striking, a bit creepy. Makes me think of a pagan ritual; they'd be at home at Stonehenge.

Angie, where did you conjour up these Dr Who spooks from??? Expect to see Tennant weave around the cloaks with his fast quipps . . .

Seriously; if I came upon these in a woodland I'd be very unnerved.

Scared me and its only a picture do they warn you. they remind me of "ghost of Christmas future" in Christmas Carol. Only spookier.
