okay I am Really Annoyed at my Attorney's office. I called them last week to ask them a question about my settlement. They are only calling me back now to tell me they didn't receive their copy of the decision (that's WHY i was calling, i received two copies and wanted to make sure there was no error in that to hold up processing of fees and my money) and guess what! everyone's gone on vacation now. oh i could really kill them. i really could. so frustrated!!

Exactly!
Sorry just had to vent about that, I was pretty annoyed. They are getting 25% of my settlement as payment, you think they could call me back sooner

yeah, it's because they are the no money up front, only pay if you win kind suggested by the social services office for people who can't afford to hire an attorney

i know..what annoys me if you think about is this vacation my attorney has taken is probably on me in a sense and they take a week to call me back about time sensitive material?
i like my attorney in general but his assistants and staff drive me up the wall.
