hi yes, doing a bit better thanks, painkillers have done the trick for the time being, still hurts when i try to move it or put weight on it! hope its better for the morning, pip is going in for the snip! dont fancy hobbling along with cat carrier in tow! thats his food bowl lifted, and when i went into the kitchen he looked at the empty space then me and miaowed. aww!

day 2 of our switch from real cigs to electronic.
they are not as satisfying of course but at least there is no secondhand smoke, k can breathe better, and we still get some nicotine so we're not completely unpleasant. at least a step in the right direction toward eventually quitting altogether.

Oh, Eileen it was fab. Had a lovely seafood dish they brought out bubbling and steaming, such nice presentation, in a nice sesame sauce over rice. Then mung bean and coconut dessert....divine. Will be surely going back again
