Oh yes, flashing paws of dooooooooom. He didn't have carpeting at his breeders' (not the best of surfaces for litterbox training kittens ^^) so he's used to a more slippery surface where he wouldn't have had the friction & so he's going too fast.

Re: Toffee Times

He is such a cutie-pie, but his personality is coming thru strongly, even though he's still a kitten! What a magnificent adult he's going to be! I'm happy to see he's being harness-trained

He is stunning,......never really looked at Abaysians before but they are beautiful cats....he reminds me of old style siamese. But he is handsome.

He's taken to it like a pro. Hasn't quite worked out how far he can race away on the lead but we're getting there. He's already out-grown one harness (back-strap is now too short), not sure this blue (dog) harness is quite right but he will have to grow a bit to fit Rover's harness as the chest-loop ends up as a low-slung belt, which definitely won't work. My custom-harness supplier has stopped making new ones, which is a shame (but I do understand why she stopped when she did) so we'll have to make do.

And dandysmom, I know you like to see the Abyssinians out and about on the pavements around the world. ^^ We have yet to meet a dog on our walks but it will be interesting how he reacts then. Hoping he is a soul-son of Dandy.
