In the Carrier!

I can't believe this: Leia, like all of her predecessors, has always hated the very sight of it, as it meant something very unpleasant, like a vet trip in a scary car!! So I was amazed yesterday when she napped in it, and is doing so again today. I wonder why she suddenly likes it?

Re: In the Carrier!

Bless her, maybe she now has the travel bug and is awaiting her round the world ticket

Eva used to sleep in the cat carrier but absolutely hated having to be put in one for vet visits etc.

Bless her!

Did Leia used to sleep in it whilst at Carolyn's, Eileen? I'm wondering if it was a comfort thing ...... a kind of connection with her absent 'mom'?

That was the first thing I thought of, but Carolyn said no. Leia, after a few days, slept with her at night, and in a favorite chair for day time napping. No carrier. Very strange, they do like to keep us wondering why they're doing what they're doing!
I'm just glad she's home. she can sleep where ever she wants, bless her.

Re: In the Carrier!

awww they are really sweet photos.

Harris used to always sleep in his carrier during the day and for a while at night. He now prefers the comfortof the double bed in our spare room! Skye wont go near the carrier
