Re: Free feeding or set meal times?

Buster eats twice a day and I have just started on leaving a bowl of biccies down for him as he is diabetic and the vets said free feeding was better. But he gets some wet food twice a day with his insuling . So I can be sure he is eating.
Ziggy and zia get a few hand fuls of dry foodwhich I chuck on the floor in there bed room. So it take them longer to eat it and so they don't hog the food. I also give them a pouch or two when they come in for the night. If I free fed them they would get to fat. So it is usually structured feeding which moves a bit with them.
