Another fine day out.

Yesterday we went to visit Raynes mum and family and had a walk along the deeside way.

Today we took to the hills and headed out past Braemar, stopping at Cragievar castle and Braemar castle on route before stopping at Linn of Dee.

Re: Another fine day out.

If the weather is right, we have a beautiful country, although I have to say it is too hot for Rayne, which is why we have been taking ourselves off, windows down, fans blowing, short walks and water to cool off in.
I was a little worried that Sally and Rayne wouldnt get on, they have not seen each other in over a year and a half but they were absolutely fine.
As for a second dog, I am torn between a large munsterlander and a toller.

Glorious scenery and fairytale pink castles! Rayne seems to have settled for a nice stream, glad she's finding somewhere cool. How are the dreaded midges this year?

In June they were terrible, I was bitten to death but July doesnt seem to be as bad. West coast midges are the worst though.
