sunny ThursdayMorning eeveryone. Lovely and bright here today. Working until 430pm then meeting my best maid for dinner and to show her the wedding plans so far. Also met another friend last night for coffee in the same place im going tonight. Been busy with coffee dates Haha. Not really much else to report but thought I would try start a daily today.

Hi all, Not been on for ages- it's been a tricky couple of months as my Mum is very ill and I've been spending fair bit of time with family trying to sort out the best care for her. She's been in end of life care at hospital but is now in a nursing home where at least we can make it feel a bit less institutional for her. Off to vote in a bit- fighting the 'they are all as bad as each other' feeling by remembering how lucky we are to be able to vote! |

CS i am so sorry to hear your mum is so ill and hope she is happy in the nursing home. I know what you mean about voting, i think of the suffragettes and get on with it, even though like you say thees not one to mend the other,lol. Pamela , your post made me laugh, you have put best Maid and i assume you mean mate unless of course you do have several maids  |
