Re: Smokey News

Poor Smokey, upsetting for him, but he'll be happier cat when it's over. Will be glad to hear how it goes tomorrow.

He's back. Smokey has had something to eat. He looked a bit sorry for himself when i picked him up and they where worried that he wasnt doing what he should do. He is just having his first drink.

Re: Smokey News

Poor lamb

It reminds me so of Ferdy, we had to virtually stand on him to get him into the basket . . . he has all 4 paws out levering himself against the door frame of the cage Once in, he tried chewing his way out. It's a wicker basket so we now have a broken bit on the front as a legacy.

Oh, and the spraying stopped within a week . . . about 5 days and he was docile as anything.

Thanks for sorting Smokey out - he'll be a different cat before you know it

Re: Smokey News

Oh Yola, that made me laugh! I didn't have a proper cat carrier when I first got Su-ling; took him to the vet in an old wicker picnic hamper. He was so angry on the way home he tore a large bit of it to shreds and had his head out by the time we got home ... just in time! Cats!
