I think she looks younger because of how thin she is Hope she puts on weight, apparently she's having a bit of difficulty eating at the moment

She throws the food to the back of her mouth in order to eat it.

I don't know, some dry food (depending on the shape) she can manage to crunch up without any problem, the hills senior food she has the difficulty with though.

Maybe worth getting her examined just in case....

Cats can get resorptive lesions (neck lesions) a hole in the tooth/teeth which has filled in with gum, and can be very painful indeed until said tooth is removed....

Her owner's thinking of taking her to the vets soon because she's scratching a lot as well - let you know what happens when I know more.
