Yeah, they just arrived in August this year, we have a little wood at the end of the garden with Oak and Pine and beech trees. Its great, I can look out my kitchen window and watch them playing.

Re: Weather

its freezing cold here, im sitting in thick wolly jumpers, Elsa is asleep on my lap (who cares if i get any more flea-bites) the weather is sunny, but cold winter sun. As i walked the dogs this morning the river was fit to burst, the fields were all frosted slightly with snow drops, the trees had icickles hanging off what few leaves they still bore, well overall its bloomin cold

Re: Weather

Sorry to hear about the flea bites Luke, not good. No doubtt many have made suggestions, but when i got some i found that if you got a lime, cut in half and lightly rub on bites, it really soothes.

Will try and remember that. I expect lemon will do as well and have heard that a few drops of lemon in water solution helps the itches.

It's just lovely here now - as long as you are in the sun - the sky is soooo blue and there are no clouds at all. It will be COLD tonight.

We had a beautiful clear night, the moon was lovely, as we have no street lights out here, it lit up the fields...........
