Arggghhhhhhh....mad nowRight does anyone recall the single mom who lives by me who had the long haired cat she did not let in the house or feed....well guess what now she has a dog.............  she lives in a ground floor maisonette and although for ages now we have heard a dog barking never thought it was hers..but this last fortnight the dog is constantly in the front bedroom window yapping a small terrier kinda dog never seen it out  poor thing. Told this week from another neighbour she does not want it. Some people never learn.....as today I was told she needs the dog gone to get the children a kitten.............

we sadly live in a disposable society. in our local paper there was a 10 week rottie puppy 50 quid !!!! ive got enough pets but must admit i was tempted. my neighbours got a girly rottie and shes so sweet  as for the neighbour is there anyone you know who wants a small dog. |

That is so frustrating Kazz, the poop pup  If he's inside all the time and never gets out, is this something that's worth reporting to RSPCA? I'm not sure of general procedure, but it seems this woman isn't taking good care of her pets at all... |
