Afternoon! Have been busy this morning but free for at least an hour or two now. OH has gone off with his whistle so I can check on the forums. Quite a reasonable day here, quiet and mild. Making a salmon and broccolli pasta bake for supper and doing lamb shanks with rosemary for Sunday lunch tomorrow - it's another of those dishes that improves with keeping. Also means I can be totally lazy tomorrow, ceteris parabus. It's quiet on here now, so I hope you're all doing exciting things - will hear about them later!  |

Afternoon all! Had a short snooze after nightduty last night and am just about to hit the dog walk! Wet and windy here!  Then I might have a long soak in the bath!  |

Well I didn't go the to the craft show as my boyfriend has got the flu  So I did some shopping in Sainsburys, got a Indian meal for our dinner tonight, (I might put some extra chili powder in my boyfriends to get rid of that flu !!!! )DM we must have the same tastes, I bought some lamb and I am doing a lamb casserole tomorrow |

THAT'S IT!!!  Not Happy. Played golf.  Well did i say, "play"????  Hacked would be a better word, hell 'hacked' doesn't even come close to describing the round that i just produced. I would say that a woman could have played better than me, but when i consider the make up of this board, that would not be wise.  {& hell, i didnee play THAT bad!!!} (ooooooops) [nahhh, a smile wwon't help me there, now will it?!!]But that was four hours of my life that i'll never be able to get back, if i'm gonna waste it like that i'll be watching emmerdale next (uhmmm, NO, that will NOT be occouring; not in this lifetime anyhow) .So how is everyone else doing today? |
