You say they are 10-12 weeks, and not littertrained yet???

All the cats I've had were younger than that (except Oliver who was 10 weeks I think) and they were all litter trained, when I got them..

When I got home, all I did, was make sure, they knew where the litterbox were and then the first day, I may have brought them out to it, untill I saw them pee in it...

I didnt know, this was something we had to do...

Oh well we learn everyday

Normally their mother teaches them - but I think a common way to do it is when you catch them in the act quickly pick them up and put them in their litter tray, not 100% sure tho!

We're working on it and failing so far lol

They will poo in it but for some reason have an aversion to weeing in it during the day.

Let's work out how to sort this. I think this is it (Or maybe this is what i read for puppies, but it sounds reasonable.

1. Get rid of the cat-wee smell from the wrong places. So, biological washing powder and hot water wherever possible, to get rid of that distinctive pong!
2. Hang on! Before you eradicate the smell, get a tissue or similar and blot the puddle. Take the tissue and roll it around in the clean litter, so the 'this is the place you wee-wee' smell is transferred there.
3. Pop those little sweeties in the smell-impregnated litter every hour and immediately after eating.
4. Be patient, good luck!

Yay we have success!!!!!!

Thank you so so much DM. I did as you suggested with blotting the 'accidents' and it's worked they have both today done wee's in the litter tray
