Meet Bellatrix.

I went to collect Bellatrix yesterday lunchtime, she is absolutely amazing. Although she was rather noisy (if an 8 week old kitten can really be noisy ) on the way home by the time we arrived she was fast asleep in her carrier and slept for a couple of hours.

Eventually she woke up much to my son's delight and immediately began to act as though she had always been here, she marched up to each of us in turn and climbed onto our laps for a snuggle.

Bella soon got the hang of where her litter tray and food are although she does sit with her front paws in the bowl while she is eating or drinking.

Bella and Bobbin (my Birman) during their first meeting, Bobbin loves everyone so no worries there.

Snuggled up with Simon yesterday evening.

All in all I think I've only met one other kitten so friendly, forward and relaxed on the first day in a strange, new home and that was Bobbin who grew into the most relaxed, laid back cat I've ever known.

What a complete poppet! I'm going to have to think of her as "Bella" because of the thought of her being a "Bellatrix" is giving me cause for concern!

She has settled in so well and will give you lots of kitten fun. My Pip is now 9 months old and is still a very jolly little chap.

What a little darling! And Bobbin is gorgeous too; how lucky he's laid back so you'll have no hissing/spitting episodes! Love the pic with her feet in the bowl.
