my 13th day of not smoking


so far so good
also charlie hasnt smoked for 6 days now.
done nothing but eat,but all low fat healthy stuff
must admit it is the hardest thinbg ive had to do,but hey i want to enjoy my life,had a big fright wont do it again

well done to you - its difficult giving up but its so worth it - they say the first 3 days are the hardest because it takes 3 days to get over the nicotine withdrawals after that its just breaking the habit.

I bought a whole load of lollipops to help when I was giving up.

Well done you have completed the hardest part. I gave up smoking nearly 6 years ago and it is hard to do but so worth it. Keep going

id tried for years,and it was only when i almost died it gave me the incentive to pack up does that to you a near death experience
