I am ashamed to say I do not know much about when cats tend to have their kits. I suppose that cats can have kittens at any time of the year, and, again I suppose, that there do tend to be peaks during the year when more kittens are born. Sort of autumn and spring ..... would that be right?????

I don't know either, but know there seems to be a Spring surge....the knowledgeable ones will be along soon and enlighten us!

A spotty tabby? Sounds lovely, it has been so long since I've had a kitten....

Thanks Alex for that helpful link - the season is much longer than I thought!

Kazz - you do know that Eileen lives in the USA, don't you???? I only live on the south coast and that little spotty tabby does sound probably the pick of the cuties!
