Feeling down

I had a ring from my diabetic nurse today> i gotta change my diet, my bm's are too low. So I wasnt too happy with that. But now as wella s ahving a sore belly with a lump in it i cant eat or i throw it up again, unless it's stuff like soup.
I dont feel ill, and dont feel sick in between.

but am feeling a bit low today. none of my furbies wanna sit on my lap and cuddle. kids r in bed.

i prob just over tired or something. Ring doc's if i get bad over weekend

Re: Feeling down

CJ you should try and see your doc tomorrow....never let anything go on..
I know you said you've got an appointment soon but it sounds like you need to go now.
I hope you will feel a bit better tomorrow...

Re: Feeling down

CJ I agree with Mags, you really need to get these health issues sorted out. What did the nurse say you should be eating??

Re: Feeling down

Well she is correct you do need some carbs (good healthy carbs), I thought you said recently that you weren't eating much?? wouldn't that effect your BM??
