Goose fat

If anyone uses goose fat for their roast potatoes, you may like to know that the tins of it are £1 off in Sainsbury's at the moment .......... £1.99 instead of £2.99, so quite a save for Christmas.

I can recommend it for lovely crisp roast potatoes (thanks to EmmaG).

I agree Mags - can't beat goose fat for the roasties at Christmas! Thanks for the tip.
