Re: JERRY (for Smudgley)

DM you know I've got to ask why Sissons! Was it after the TV news reader?

How's Jerry getting on now Smudgley?

Re: JERRY (for Smudgley)

Hi Mags

No Sissons was named after one of my OH's profs when he was at Uni. We subsequently had Watson, a gorgeous big tabby boy, also a prof and Roger, black without a single white hair, first name of another prof.

Then we got girl cats and the tradition stopped.

Our next cat (goodness knows when that will be - these old girls are going strong) will be a big ginger tabby boy and will be called Chivers or Robertson. (We've run out of professors!)

I think Chivers would suit a big ginger tom
