Eat well............


............to help avoid flu. Flu cases are approaching a 9 year high in England and Wales so now is the wrong time to diet...say the experts.

Very interesting link, Mags. Sounds like a bad season for flu; I haven't read anything about it here recently. Has everyone here had their flu shots? ( I never do it!)

Unless you are asthmatic or suffer from chest problems or elderly then I wouldn't have the flu jabs.

If you knew how much each GP gets per shot from the pharmaceutical companies??????? Its disgraceful.
