Eye strain and computers

Read this tip recently: the 20-20-20 rule. I don't get eye strain, but the theory is, if you do spend a lot of time on he computer, take a break every 20 minutes, look away for 20 seconds at a distance of 20 feet to rest your eyes. Makes sense to me ..... I've been doing it anyway.

Don't know, Moli; I assume the TV's closer than 20 feet. But I think it just means re-focus your eyes.......

Re: Eye strain and computers

I have no idea, sory! I just repeated the tip I read; I wouldn't think it would matter. Basiclly, I think it just means re-focus your eyes for a bit......
