Normal day for me -but I didn't go to the gym - thought I should have a day off.

So work - then I popped to Freeport and got myself some shorts from the next clearance shop and some shoes and then popped to Sainsburys and done the food shopping for the week.

We did get to the Downs, but no Kites I'm afraid. It may just be that they haven't got here yet! I thought they'd been spotted not very far from here, but maybe not.

Did see a Buzzard and a Chinook practising hovering into the wind! Had a nice lunch at the pub too!

Good idea the day off bit I think but rest is as good as working muscles.
