This happened to us when ours were fed Felix. One of the pouches was "blown", all swollen. The stuff inside smelt revolting, we just threw it away, never thought of complaining! With hindsight of course, we should have done!

To many people complain now Moli. Years ago we would just have chucked it and thought tough luck on us.

What would have happened if it had been someone with bad eyesight and didn't notice? Poor cat!!!
