Bad Felix


Opened 2 pouches of Felix Chicken in jelly for the boys' breakfasts. One of the pouches was a little 'crumpled' looking but the same weight etc as usual. Tipped it out ..... .... blue and furry!
So, I've washed the pouch and will return it with my letter of complaint.
Just wondered what response/recompense you think I will get? I though 2 x 12 pouch boxes would be reasonable.
We'll see

I think you should get something. what if someone had given it to there cats at least they will have been alerted.

You should add a PS at the bottom of your letter DM........
