Hello from Lancashire

We are a one-cat household - because that's the way she wants it

Ruby is a ginger and white rescue cat who is the greediest cat I have ever had and bites me when she thinks it is time to eat (which is a LOT of the time).

Her favourite place to sleep is on my laptop

I would include a picture but I don't know how

What a beautiful girl Ruby is ...... she has more ginger than my Pip and sounds a strong character! Pip is very laid back.

Re: Hello from Lancashire

Thanks for all your welcomes! I am just picking my way around the site and getting used to things.

AngieH - I noticed your little ginger n white in your photo - boy or girl? I don't know many ginger girl cats.

Yours has very even markings on his face which makes them look cute. Ruby has a funny face with a moustache

Re: Hello from Lancashire

Pip is a boy - he's been with us since he was 9 weeks old. All his underneath is white, which you couldn't see from his photo. I could have taken him and his brother, who were almost identical but I had Kizzy to think of and thought she'd be overwhelmed. Luckily she and Pip get on well and apart from the odd spat, are friendly enough to greet each other, play with each other and sleep on the same bed, sometimes quite close together.

High Gang!

I'm a new member and a fan of cats most of my life. I have also taken up the hobby of sketching and cartooning and cats are one of my favorite subjects. I plan on sharing some of my work here. I hope you enjoy my art.
