hahahha Het, love the getting the curry from Asda and then shopping at Tescos

I will have to try one of Asda's currys now

Our curry was very nice, the Lamb Bhuna was exceptional, I will be cooking that one again

We were going to do an uber-healthy coconut stir-fry but I lost my appetite and we had egg mayo (yum) on rye bread (even yummer)!!!

I was on my own so just cooked sliced mushrooms with garlic in olive oil and tossed them through spaghetti - fab, and it takes 12 minutes max!

Tonight was more healthy than my last post in this thread!!

Had roasted lamb, mashed potatoes (kids fav) and lots and lots of veg and gravy!

Delicious - even Misty enjoyed - she ran off with a big chunk of lamb off Emma's plate. Naughty kitty!!!!

I had Lamb fillet with courgettes and roast potatoes.

I was going to have Chicken, but the Cats ate it!
