Picked Ollie's ashes up yesterday and had a little 'man cry' (a few seconfds of teeth clenched together, stinging eyes and staggered breathing through your nose!) when I got home. Put the ashes with my partners old cat sophie who passed away 5 years ago and has been sitting alone all this time. We'll scatter Ollie's and Sophies ashes together when the weather improves again. On a brighter note we've just taken delivery of a large (A2 size) canvas print of my favourite picture of Ollie which I bought form www.thedigitalroom.co.uk. Once I hang it on the wall tonight I'll post a picture for you too see.  |

It's understandable for you to have felt a bit choked yesterday Chris....... but you now have Ollie back home with you where he belongs... Looking forward to seeing the canvas print you have of Ollie... |

I've only just caught up with this thread and I'm so sorry to hear of you loss Chris; Ollie sounded like a wonderful cat. But as Mags says, he's now back with you where he belongs and will be playing with Sophie at the bridge Also, the canvas picture of him is a wonderful idea! Really looking forward to seeing it - |
