Merlin has a huge abscess, the vet thinks he has been bitten by a weasel or similar.....he is now on Abs for the next 10 days, he was such a good boy at the vets did not utter a sound and let her examine him...,

I have seen a couple Mags, but all the cats go over to the small wooded copse opposite the house...

No she did not lance it Liz, she picked a scab off and it oozed puss, but not a lot, so will have to keep an eye on it incase it does start to weep..

Oh poor baby Merlin That must be so painful and uncomfortable. I hope the medication starts to work soon and the infection subsides.
