Luna update

Hi guys

Just thought I would give you an update on Luna

Luna's tummy seems to finally be on the right track.

We've just got her new food tonight, so I gave her a wee bit in with the rice and fish, and she loved it.

Oliver has given his okay aswell

I can actually make him sit for a treat

So we have started the slow way back to normal food. Fingers crossed it will work out fine...

I'm doing the adjustment over 7 days atleast...

Re: Luna update

It is PK

Well as the Burns would cost me £101 for one bag, I decided to find something else...

Found this:

Re: Luna update

It looks to be quite holistic OM. I haven't heard of it myself but they seem to have a lot of the 'essentials' included in it..... Are you still intending to go raw??

Re: Luna update

Yes when I can see I have the money for it...

Right now we will try this for about the rest of the year... And then we'll go raw.. Unless of course she wont cope on this, then we'll go raw.. I'm not trying anymore kibble...

Re: Luna update

Are there no specialist meat suppliers in your area OM. There are a few in Britain that specialise in meat/bones for pets on the raw feeding diet and very reasonable price too. It works out cheaper for me to feed raw and it is so much better (well I think so - but I am biased I suppose )

Re: Luna update

No not really.. That would be the barf center....

It will be about £45 a month in the beginning, untill I gain some confidence and can go out and find the meat and bones myself in the supermarket.

We may have a meatmarket in Copenhagen, but not quite sure where it is

Could be worth a try to find out though
