Re: Thursday

Very badly, I'm s carer too so that makes it worse.
I want to go to sleep and wake when it's all over and hopefully alright.
Seeing the go this afternoon.

Re: Thursday

Good evening Kazz and Shelley and anyone else to follow,
SHELLEY, I'm sorry that you've got to have yet more tests. It may not be as bad as you think. Two weeks is an awfully long time to wait. I agree with Kazz, surely they could hurry it up a bit.I know you must be worried Shelley. Yes, it would be wonderful to wake up when it's all over, but rest assured, it WILL be over eventually. You hang in there girl, and try and relax a bit. I know that's easy for me to say, but you just go easy on yourself and surround yourself with supportive people.
You've got plenty of people praying for you here in NZ, that everything will turn out fine for you.

KAZZ, hope you and Gert are having a good evening and the weather is a bit better for you.

Quick update on my Willow. She ate a bit of chicken tonight and kept it down. Then I gave her a few small pieces of raw green tripe and half a small tin of Gourmet chicken in gravy for dogs, which she enjoyed.Willow is raw fed and has never had tinned dog food in her life, but I'm giving her anything she'll eat now (my vet doesn't agree but that's tough). So far she hasn't vomited but still doesn't look very well.I'm taking one day at a time with her.

Have a great evening everyone.

Re: Thursday

Dinky, I'm glad Willow is managing to eat and keep food down.
Why doesn't the vet agree with what shes being fed ?

Re: Thursday

Dinky I am 100% with you on feed her what she will eat some may recall on here when Oscar (cat) was diagnosed with chronic renal failure I fed him with what he wanted rather than vet prescribed recommended food he enjoyed and more to the point ate it and kept it down do what you feel is right.
