Thought I'd Introduce My Dogs - Lots of Pics

This is Tynan. He is a Lab/St. Bernard cross. He is 4 and will be 5 on Dec.1st. He is my shadow and one of my heart dogs.

This is Timber. I think he's got Anatolian Shepherd in him but will never know. I also call him a "mystery mutt". He is 4 years old as of May. He is also my shadow and one of my heart dogs. I adopted him through the rescue I volunteer for. He is my only failed foster dog.

This is Dallas. He is a Great Dane/St. Bernard cross. He is also 4 and will be 5 on Nov. 31. He is also one of my heart dogs.

This is Lincoln. He is a Bernese Mountain Dog/Great Pyrenees cross. He is 5 and will be 6 in Jan.

This is Hank. He's a small Basset Hound. He is 8 as of April.

This is Peluche. He is a Poodle cross. He is 16 going on to 17 in Nov.

This is Dakota. She is a Rottweiler and is 7 years old. She's been here since about Feb/Mar.

Thank you Shelley. I do have a fondness for the bigger dogs. From experience, I find larger breed dogs are easier to care for in terms of temperament and such. Out of all of my boys, the smallest one (Peluche) would be the first to bite you. He's bitten me a number of times. Thank the stars that he's old and his jaw strength isn't very strong, he never broke skin but I could tell he meant business. Little stinker

They are all gorgeous timber- and it's lovely that you've rescued! I know what you mean about failed foster - we failed with our Dora, she knows it and rules us all now!!!

It felt so good foster failing. I would have failed with 5 other dogs (out of about 35 I think 1 foster fail is reasonable ) but either wasn't the right moment, or for whatever reason I decided to painfully let them go.

Fabulous looking dogs you have, I'd be quite chuffed with the failed foster, he's adorable.

Beautiful, happy dogs. Lovely photos. I too have a fondness for larger dogs and yours are indeed whoppers!! Since working for Pet Blood Bank I have come across several rotties, Great Danes, etc, all really excellent temperaments.

What big softies! Real sweethearts, all of them. I love that Tynan looks as though he has a faint grey moustache, very sweet.

Have you had the snow yet in your part of Canada timber, if so what are the little members of the timber-clan making of it?
