Re: Daily Shred Thread / Saturday..

Warm, dry and sunny here! 'Rah!
However, the river has broken its banks - unsurprising after yesterday and Thursday's rain. Nothing drastic - just filling the flood meadows and delighting the ducks. They seem to love 'going on holiday' when the floods come, and spend all their time swimming over the grass; guess there are extra tasty insecte being washed up.
No plans for today, other than avoiding the George Best funeral; what's that all about? Is it setting a trend, do we now look forward to quasi-state funerals for every 'celebrity' that goes to meet their maker?
Cricket was aaaaaawful - don't expect to hear from Amadeus today, he'll be drowning his sorrows in Newcastle Brown!
