Sleeping off a stormy Saturday

You may remember the rain and gale force winds that most of the UK had last Saturday? This is how Kizzy and Pip managed to get through the day, calmly and without too much stress!

Kizzy likes to think no-one can see her when she's on a cushion on a chair under the dinning table in the lounge. She thought she'd let me know she'd spotted me taking her photo though!

Since yesterday night Pip has been free of his night time crate, but he still likes to use the upper storey during the day time for a little snooze. The fence you can see through the window is the one that broke in the storm - it made an awful cracking noise!

Lovely pics ... sensible cats to spend that horrid Saturday indoors snug and warm. I can't get over how BIG Pip has gotten! He's growing like a weed, bet he'll be a large cat like Chancer.

Re: Sleeping off a stormy Saturday

Eileen is right Moli - if Pip grows much more he will be very like your Chancer and very handsome too! It won't be very long before he goes for his op - in less than a month probably and I expect he'll be weighed then - he has put on quite a lot of muscle, is a very active little chap and very very inquisitive. At the moment he has the nicest nature - I do so hope that won't change.

I doubt that it will, Angie; my boys were always the same after the op.

You know, Angie, we don't see Pip every day as you do, so that's why it's so noticeable about his growth. I think his last pic that I saw was the one in your new Welcome Graphic. They do grow up so fast, don't they? What a handsome boy he is.

I suppose I notice more that he's got a lot heavier! He was just a feather weight and I thought he was a very small kitten when I first brought him home.
