You did save her Tink! You and Kevin rescued her from a nightmare situation and let her have some peace and love.

I honestly believe life isn't about quantity but quality and you gave her the best, even tho her time with us was so short.

If she hadn't been rescued, she could have been killed by those thugs or, having lead poisoning she would have died a horrible death. Instead she went in to her final sleep in a safe place, loved and cared for.

You did your absolute best for her, and that is all you can do.
