The Gift

This evening Eva caught a mouse
She took it into this very house
She waited there, just for me
To see her gift and purred with glee

I think this was a practice run
She has her eye on another one
Not a mouse but a hamster, fat
What will I do with that darn cat?

Re: The Gift

Dont your hamsters keep you awake at night being in your room?
I can hear Indy clatter around all night, playing on her wheel and dragging stuff backwards and forwards and she's in the next room
The cats watch her for a bit then get bored as they cannt get near her.
