The Queen battles James Bond

I just loved the radio description of the BAFTA awards tonight!

Probably won't watch but may record & watch tomorrow with my finger on the fast forward button. (Especially if Stephen Fry is the host)
Do you enjoy the award ceremonies?

It depends on what ceremony it is. I dont watch the music ones (unless its country), but will probably watch the baftas.

I don't like award ceremomies, they are soooo long and tedious

And all those pre-rehearsed acceptance speeches which are so gushing and over the top ....... no thanks!!

Re: The Queen battles James Bond

It wasn't just us then - viewing figures were disappointing apparently, beaten by The Day After Tomorrow on C4.
I might have recorded if it had been Stephen Fry but I'm afraid I think Mr Woss is rank, which you can pronounce with his speech patten if you really want to know what I think of him.
