New arrival

Thought you might all like to see my Christmas Pressie.

Meet Bess who will hopefully, when she is all grown up, be a working sheepdog. Until then she is a sweet little mischief maker who has a mind of her own!

Re: New arrival

Wow, now I'm not a doggy person on the whole, but that is one, cute little pup. I look forward to hearing about her as she grows into that sheepdog (when you say sheepdog do you mean a 'dulux' dog or a dog who rounds up sheep)?

She is a Border Collie so will be a dog who rounds up sheep yola. We have 3 just now one very elderly (Jade), one middle aged (Nip) and a 3 year old(Jen) so Bess will be trained to allow Jade to retire (if she is willing)

What a cutie - I'd love to hear how her training goes. Nice to hear from you CS. How are the cats taking to their new housemate?

Re: New arrival

I am with Yola on this she is one cute cute puppy. I am not a puppy person but I would make an exception for her - cute in the extreme.

And lovely to see you back.

Yola she is a border collie who round up sheep not a old english sheepdog (dulux)

Breagh is fine with her, just need to remind Bess that she is to be a bit more gentle. Izzi is not impressed. First day I had real problems getting her to come back in. I kept her in for 4 days and now she is happy to come and go, will even stay in the same room but I don't think they'll ever be BFF's -
