Plenty of fresh eggs for you then! Love the little white one's. Do you get white eggs from the white chickens and brown eggs from the brown one's???

Re: photos of the chickens

Jac- the Goldlines lay brown eggs.
Light sussex lay blue eggs, although the way these little lot are fighting & cock-a-doodle-do-ing, we'll be lucky if any of 'em lay eggs!

Moli - why don't you get some, they really are lovely pets to have. If you just had one or 2 you'd hardly know you'd got them. Apparently chicken keeping is one of the largest growing hobbies in this country.

Smudgley, I'm not being funny but I honestly dont think Ive ever seen a blue egg exept for birds. Sounds really interesting.
Will you be having chicks then? I would even just one time for the kids, but thats me. A soft touch!
