People are so different! I hate the texture/taste of water chestnuts and always fish them out of my shrimp and lobster sauce!

I would also like to thank Elaine for stepping into the breach as it were. Really interesting questions.

Not bad at all Eileen

Sawney Bean was a repulsive, vile man and his wife was no better. But you are right Angie, I am surprised it hasnt been adapted into a movie.

Shrimp and lobster sauce is Cantonese, and one I don't make at home; sauce is a bit tricky. Szechuan is easy, and spicy! So I get the shrimp dish when we're eating out, or have home delivery when I get a cravng for it.

Whole Foods has a bin with frozen medium shrimp, you can scoop as many as you need for a recipe ......

Re: Quiz-21st Jan

Hi all.

Good to see you got on while I was sleeping off some 24hour thingy.

Am I still doing next week?

And Q-0 was -add up all the numbers between 1 to 40-the answer was in my clue.

Dazzle folk with your mental abilty but like all `tricks` it`s easy if one knows the answer.

it`s 820----40+1=41. 40 divided by 2 =20. 20 times 41=820-it works for every number
