I think maybe the q's were too hard, but I did try them out first. Merlin knew them all except for Tintin's dog!

No, I thought they covered a good range of subjects! It's no fun if they're all too easy, like "Who's buried in Grant's tomb? " !! And I did remember a Parliament of owls after I read it......

Oh drat. Look like I missed it again. Just so much to do at quiz time. I shall TRY to make Saturday's one . . . should be interesting; Steph's cryptic enough as it is without setting any questions
