The kitchen is finished. Well except for a few odds and ends... windowsill, painting the walls, bit of skirting board etc. Just a question of finding homes for all my stuff and wiping the dust from EVERY surface of my house!!

Donna - just seeing the pictures on page 6 . . . I love the combination of dark worktops with the pale wood doors. I'm pig-jealous now . . .

Seriously, look forward to the final unveiling of the all-new and just-complete kitchen including tiling, floors and walls (what colour are you going to paint the walls)?

Might do them a green colour - similar to dining room. Not completely sure yet!

That looks brilliant really good so all the hard work done now then just the "finishing touches" it does look good though. Like your choice of tiles and flooring too.

Its not that large a room so may have to do a party on a rota system, in the front door, through into the kitchen for a mingle then out the back door!!!
