Kitchen being done has caused a major blip in the diet, but cant stop improving the house cos of a diet!! Just need to get the enthusiasm back. Might drag out one of my skirt suits for work tomorrow (as legs dont look white anymore!) and that might encourage the diet if they are too tight!!

9 stone 5lbs today, seem to be pretty much stuck at that weight at the moment

breakfast - bit of porridge
lunch - might be bacon and eggs
dinner - chicken curry with roasted veg

9st 9lbs today so lost 2lbs this week. Pleased with that!!

A lot of people would say I am fine at my weight now, I am slim but I don't think of myself as skinny (not that I want to be skinny) you really haven't got far now to get to 9 stone and even if you want to go to say 8 stone 10 you still haven't got far to go

Are you feeling much thinner now? I think you did really well over the fitting of your kitchen.
