9 stone 3lbs today

breakfast - muesli (glad that isn't making things worse)
lunch - bacon and liver with gravy and veg (lunch out at local garden centre)
dinner - low carb lasagna (using dreamfields lasagna sheets) half a sweet jacket potato and coleslaw

9 stone 3.5 today (so I am happy with that)

breakfast - muesli
lunch - sweet jacket potato with coleslaw
dinner - Sainsburys chicken with bacon and sausagemeat and veg

9 stone 4.5lbs today not helped yesterday by a few too many bowls of muesli lets just say that I had the munchies and didn't stop at two bowls

SO TODAY IT IS ALL CHANGE!!!

breakfast - muesli
lunch - half a sweet jacket potato with coleslaw
dinner - oven baked salmon, with roasted butternut squash, roasted peppers and a salad

and that is it!!! no snacks no more bowls of muesli today!!

You have done well today Emma.

I have had some nuts, a few cheese biscuits (no cheese) and just had chicken and salad.

Nothing else so far Trying to be good!

Still not found my scales either

ok 9 stone 2.5lbs today!!!! wooohooo!!!

However I am going out this evening with everybody from work, so that will no doubt have an effect

breakfast - muesli
lunch - half a sweet jacket potato with coleslaw
dinner - eating out at Romford Dogs, I think I am having fishcakes oh and a desert

Oh Emma, I have been SO BAD whilst the kitchen has been installed. Pizza, chinese, indian, doughnuts!!!

I darent find the scales. But once this mayhem is finished, I will have to get back on track

lol you have got a good excuse Donna Don't worry about it you might not have put on as much as you think

Well I am 9 stone 4.5lbs today, me and the OH went out for a nice lunch yesterday and I had a desert

Back on track thought today
